QSonline was originally founded as a small construction consultancy registered in the Seychelles providing consultancy services to clients throughout the British Commonwealth.

QSonline started out by offering just quantity surveying services, and over a period of time we developed our services into building and structural surveys, design and project management. We also specialise in historic building conservation and restoration. As buisness grew, we started to offer services outside the commonwealth with clients in South Africa, Australia and the USA.

Our most popular services at a distance are the preparation of Bills of Quantities or Costed Schedules of Work from drawings and designs. Our clients send us a set of drawings and we take off quantities and prepare the documentation for them. On location, Building Condition Surveys are our most popular service.

We can work in any method of measurement, using pretty much any currency. We can work on refurbishment, new builds or civil engineering projects. All of our staff are professionally qualified and most are either chartered in the UK, or registered Professional European Engineers.
